While the main components of the meal cannot be modified, you have the option to customize the portion size and request carbohydrate modifications to fit your preferences. Meal prices start at $10.25, varying based on portion size and protein choice.

To ensure timely preparation and delivery of your meals, please note our weekly schedule:​

• Order Deadline: Place your orders by Friday  at 6:00 PM EST.​ Meals are prepared fresh on Sunday’s 

• Pickup Times: Available on Sundays between 5:00PM and 9:00 PM EST.

• Delivery Times: Deliveries commence on Sundays starting at 5:30PM EST.
